The Daniel Ward House (Historic plaqued 1912) PLUS the waterfront lot and dock directly across Front St are being sold together. Live in the heart of downtown and walk across the street to your dock. 1834 heated square feet with an additional heated and cooled attic space that could possibly be finished out as a fun bunk space. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths plus 2 flex spaces allow plenty of room for gatherings. Enjoy water views from your living room. Watch the flotilla and listen to the music offered at the PUG Pavillion right from your back porch. This home was lovingly taken to the studs and remodeled in 2000. A new metal roof was added at that time as well as the covered porches on the Front St side of the house. New plumbing and wiring was installed throughout the house and to the street during the remodel. The downstairs living area floor plan was redesigned to allow for a more open space. The bead-boards were taken down, hand sanded and reinstalled. An engineer/architect was used for this remodel and all was permitted and inspected by the town of Swansboro.
