About Ginger

Born in Rocky Mount, NC, and raised in Raleigh, NC, Ginger moved to Emerald Isle in 1986 with her family. After marrying a United States Marine and raising their two children in Onslow County, she became a sales manager at a local manufactured and modular home business. Achieving notable success, Ginger left in 2005 to pursue real estate, obtaining her license and eventually opening her own firm in 2015.

Ginger has played various community roles, earning recognition as Businesswoman of the Year in 2012 and serving as the President of the Swansboro Area Chamber of Commerce in 2014. Since 2017, she has been the President of the Swansboro Area Development Foundation, contributing over $500,000 to community projects. Actively involved in real estate associations, Ginger received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2019 and currently serves as the President of the Carteret County Association of Realtors.

Known as GIGI, Ginger continues her community contributions through her company, Southern Coast Realty Group, renowned for professionalism, industry knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
