Tax amt based on when there was a home and township is going to adjust/back-date for no home Dec 2024. Insurance company required owner to have the septic tanks removed and to have the electrical disconnected. The well remains. However, there is not power to the pump or garage anymore and no water to the garage anymore. Water needs to be reconnected to the well. The garage is made of cinder blocks.
