Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, provided it is reported prior to check-out.
