With a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across the main home and the secondary suite, there’s plenty of space to accommodate parties of up to 12. The game room and an amazing backyard set-up with an outdoor custom swimming pool, patio area, and grill make it ideal for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils. Enjoy granite countertops, natural sunlight, and ample counter space.
Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space on the neighborhood streets and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended.
