Permitted 3) Tenant pays all utilities including water & sewer 4) Tenant pays for cable 5) Tenant
must provide proof of renters insurance and show proof at time of occupancy 6) No alterations
or painting without the written permission of the Owner 7)The fireplace is non-functional & not
for tenant use. Tenant must have at least a 650 credit score and first and last months rent
which will be held in an non-interest escrow account. Yearly leases only. When leases is over
there will be a $450 clean out fee taken from escrow.

$1600 per month rent includes access to pool and two parking spaces. Trash on site (no large
items to be thrown in compactor). Tenant is required to follow all rules of the condo association,
