Each bedroom is equipped with a fan, and one closet includes a pack-and-play for your little ones. The king bedroom also features a desk and TV, which doubles as a monitor for your laptop.
Guests have access to a brand new gym, commercial laundry space, and a dog wash on the lower level of the building. There is an option for paid parking in a lot across the street from the building for $25/day per car, with a maximum of 2 cars. Stays exceeding 7 days will incur an additional charge. The lot is not covered, and the gate may remain open at times.
Located in a quaint area of downtown Cleveland, this apartment is within walking distance to several of the city's best restaurants and entertainment options, including the East Bank of the Flats. The area is very walkable, and it's easy to rent a scooter or bike to explore everything Cleveland has to offer.
Sound may occasionally travel from the hallway or other units. The building's elevator screen displays one floor higher than selected, but floor signs verify the correct floor. The front door to the apartment is locked, requiring guests to go to the 1st floor for deliveries or to let in other guests. Access to the building and parking lot requires downloading a mobile app. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with additional fees for more dogs. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and possible reservation cancellation. No cats are allowed, and pets are not permitted on furniture. Weapons are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission.
