Access to the building and parking lot requires downloading a mobile app. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with additional fees for more dogs. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and possible reservation cancellation. No cats are allowed, and pets are not permitted on furniture. Weapons are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission.
