The front door to the apartment is locked, requiring you to go to the 1st floor to let in deliveries or other guests. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with unauthorized late check-outs fined at $150 per hour. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. On-site cameras monitor traffic, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Additional charges may apply for not following check-out instructions or breaking house rules.
