The entrance now features new floor tile, and the wood in the dining/great room and hallway has been refreshed with a new coat of polyurethane stain. The condo also boasts a new wireless doorbell, new wood-framed mirrors in both bathrooms, new motion detection lighting for the master bath and kitchen, a new mat in the shower and tub, and the garage door motor was serviced on March 18, 2024. New glass installed in the master bedroom by Lee Glass and three window casings have been removed, with window sealant applied and new framing installed in February 2024. Lastly, the great room includes gas logs, but the outdoor gas tank is not included. Storage room that belongs to unit is located on the ground floor near the garage. Both spaces are included in sale of the unit. Unit also has an elevator.
