Community amenities include a spacious community room, wellness programs, and resident events, along with easy access to public transportation. Mailboxes are located indoors for your convenience, and each floor features a trash chute, so there’s no need to take garbage outside. Water and trash removal are included in rent. Our professional staff is committed to providing quality service, with 24/7 emergency maintenance available.

On site parking is limited.

As an Affordable Housing community, rents will not exceed the Grand Traverse County 60% AMI, and households must meet MSHDA LIHTC guidelines.
