Here's one that won't last long. Great neighborhood, great schools, great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, close to I295 and I95 but not too close. Large screened in back patio. Fenced in back yard. Home is wired for surround sound. Split floor plan so the kids have their own side of the house to be loud on. And if all of that isn't good enough you can walk out on your dock and enjoy the peace and quiet or take a ride on the boat. Yes this creek is tidal but it is navigable. At low tide there is about 2-3ft of water. Just enough to get a small boat in and out. The creek runs all the way out into Dunn Creek which eventually puts you in the St Johns River. Most of the lumber on the dock was recently replaced by the owner so it's in great condition. The creek is full of all the local species. Redfish, flounder, trout, etc. Not many get a chance to enjoy a home like this, in an area like this, for a price like this.
