Outside has two dedicated electric outlets for Christmas lights, east side and west side of house. Sellers are offering to professionally clean carpets in the whole house before closing. Close to Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB, dining and shops. The Woodmen Hills community features include two clubhouses with fitness rooms, parks and indoor/outdoor pools.
