The building is one block from Bardstown Road, which contains a wide range of eclectic restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues.

Ample parking on street in front of home. Public transportation is within four blocks.

This property is my home. Units 2 & 3 is on the 2nd floor, Unit 4 is on the 3rd floor. The free, stacked, front-loading washer and dryer are on the 1st floor and is shared by only five other tenants.

Though in an historic building, the kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated with all new cabinets and appliances. The apartment, however has lost none of its historical charm with its tall ceilings, elaborate baseboards, chandeliers, and hardwood floors that are original.

Owner pays for everything but Gas and Electric and cable box (if used). This includes Internet, water, trash, and common areas maintenance. Tenant will pay for Gas/Electric as well as television cable box.

This is a non-smoking building. There is street parking, which is a problem only four days/year, when there is the Cherokee Art Fair and parades and Bardstown Road.

The side entrance to the apartment has a motion detector that lights up the area before sunset.
