Basically the Board has to approve all Pets and only 2 are allowed. Each unit only gets 1 indoor parking space but they could barter with another owner who may be gone all winter or summer to use their indoor space.
Below is the wording in the updated Bylaws.
A. No more than two automobiles in total shall be kept on the condominium property by persons residing in a unit without written or e-mailed permission from the Board of Directors. Each owner shall be provided with 1 indoor parking space per unit identified when the unit is purchased. Subsequent changes in unit specific parking spaces can be agreed between Co-Owners with notification to the Board of Directors by all Co-Owners involved.
B. Parking of any vehicle in a manner that obstructs driveway access is prohibited.
A. Animals.
1. Renters and/or their guests will not be permitted pets.
2. No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept as pets in any units except for dogs, cats and caged birds. No more than a total of two pets will be permitted and all pets must be approved by the Board of Directors.
3. All pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in their units and Common Areas.
4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when not inside a unit or fenced area, and must also be controlled when inside the units so they are not obnoxious because of noise, odor, or unsanitary conditions.
5. On demand by the Board of Directors, any pet owner shall be responsible for producing to the Board of Directors evidence of all pet vaccinations that have been administered to such owner's pet.
