This fully furnished unit is offered for short-term, transient use only and is not a rental tenancy or lease. Guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a Welcome Packet and Neighborhood Guide are provided electronically and in each unit. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to reservation confirmation.
The apartment includes a small table suitable for dining or working, providing a flexible space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
