The roof was replaced (Tamko Heritage 30 year Dimensional Shingles) in 2004 with a 30 year guarantee (owner has all receipts, consumer books, etc). In 2007, all the windows were replaced with easy clean Simonton 5500 windows. In 2011 the home's siding, insulation, gutters, gutter guards and shutters were replaced. In 2012 the sidewalks leading up to the house and around to the side door were widened (to accommodate a walker) and replaced. In 2013, the venting system for the dryer was updated and rerouted to the outside wall in the rear of the house. In 2016 all the electric sockets were replaced. In 2017 a 5.3 Cu Ft. self-cleaning Electric Range with Easy Wipe Ceramic Glass Cooktop was installed. In 2018 a Whirlpool washing machine was installed. Surely the best feature of this home is the Bryant Legacy Series 15 Seer Heatpump providing heat and air conditioning which was installed in 2016 (10 year guarantee compressor and 10 year parts warranty). A Remi Halo Air purification system was added and the Aprilaire Hepa style media air cleaner was added. These features are invaluable for anyone who has allergies or pets. Because of the high efficiency of this new system the utility bills are very low. The owner has an electricity budget of 126 dollars per month which includes air conditioning, heat and all electric appliances. The entrance to this home has a mud room leading to the living room and to the attached garage providing a buffer between the garage and the living room. The powder room has a custom made blue tile counter. The kitchen has warm cherry wood cabinets installed in 2010.
