I planned on building my next house but then this house hit the market in December of 2018 and I knew it was the one. It has all the things on my wish list of a new build home. So rather than waiting on the process of finding land and building a home I decided to do without that stress and moved in right away. This home is located in Blount county in Greenback, TN built in 2018 with lots of high end updates done within the last couple of years. It's privately located on 17.09 acres of land and can not be seen from the road. It's the last house on a long gravel driveway with about 5 acres cleared and the rest wooded. It backs up to a couple hundred acres of woods. There is a good size pond and a lot of usable land with multiple trails throughout the woods for off roading and 4 wheeling. There's a cleared out spot in the woods for a gun range. There are lots of deer and wild Turkey you see daily from the porch. There is a 40 ft brand new in ground fiberglass pool in the backyard and a tanning ledge/kiddie pool that's a foot deep next to it. The pool is surrounded by gorgeous herringbone brick pavers matching the old farmhouse aesthetic. The pool has LED colored lights for night swimming, a buried propane tank to heat the pool, along with a pool heater. This low maintenance pool is salt water without any trees around so it stays clean and open uncovered year round. There is a bench on one length of the pool perfect for entertaining huge groups of family and friends all summer long. This new farmhouse was updated to look like an old farmhouse within. You have the cozy old farmhouse feel without the maintenance cost of an old home since this home is only 5 years old. The home has a metal roof and a two car garage. It has a wrap around porch in the front that's perfect for watching the sunrise and Mountain View.
