Honey~stop the car! I just saw my new house and they say that nothing lasts long in this neighborhood so we have to move fast. The home that I found today is a 4 bedroom with 3.5 bathrooms with just over 2900 heated square feet and the curb appeal is flawless. You know for as picky as I am, the granite countertops are really pretty and a nice touch with the island and pretty backsplash. Living room is a very functional size and the stairs aren't right in your face when you walk in the front door. From the living room, you can go out back and sit on the covered back porch and play fetch with Rover because it is all fenced in and they are even leaving the shed for you! Have I convinced you to go look yet? Wait til you go upstairs. The space is amazing! There are the other three bedrooms and the bonus rooms that are tastefully painted and ready for us. There are two full baths up there for everybody to share. So after everything that I have told you, let's go look so we can put an offer on this house as soon as possible.
