There are 2 very nice, large pools in the community and 3 common laundry rooms with washers and gas dryers. This is a first floor unit so no up and down stairs. The unit is newly painted and all tile. The dishwasher is functional but will not be replaced if a problem occurs. First and last month rent plus $500 damage deposit required prior to signing lease. Association charges $100 fee for application and HOA approval is required prior to renting the unit. The Landlord charges $10 fee for credit check.
