Of course, Altamonte Springs isn’t only for vacationers. The city also has neighborhoods like Forest City, which is great for college students and established professionals. It is a very safe neighborhood and has excellent walkability. Then there is the Spring Valley Rd/S Wymore Rd neighborhood. It has a very suburban feel to it and has a good portion of homes built between 1940 and 1969. It also offer a nice mixture of residences with medium and large single family homes, high rise condos and apartment complexes.
