Fantastic place in the country! Beautiful century oak covered 3 acres and a home that needs some TLC. Fenced yard and pasture. Large barn plus a shop/man cave. The roof was replaced in 2017 and the tankless water heater is also newer. The water well was replaced in 2019. The oven and stove are propane. The gas lines to the propane tank and some of the plumbing have been replaced. The home was leveled and the exterior beams and any others that needed it were replaced about 5 years ago. The back patio was enclosed but has leaked. Flashing was redone to try to stop the leak but it appears the leak is still active. There is some rotten wood along the back. This was accounted for in the price and the price is as-is. The home and barn are on separate meters. Together they are always less than $200 a month.
