"Hello, hello, hello!" boomed the genie, with a twinkle in his eye. "You have summoned me, your wish is my command! But let's keep it light, shall we? None of that 'world peace' business today!"
Jack and Jill exchanged puzzled glances before Jack spoke up, "We wish for a single-family detached home in North Orange County, priced under $1,100,000 with four bedrooms upstairs and a main floor bedroom/office, a two-car garage, and a large lot ON a cul-de-sac in a lovely established neighborhood ...and also with NO HOA. Oh...and also within say ...4 miles of the Brea Improv"
The genie threw back his head and laughed uproariously. "Ah, you two have a sense of humor! You're asking for the holy grail of homes in this area! But fear not, my dear friends, for I have just the thing for you."
With a snap of his fingers, the genie conjured up an image of a charming home that fit their criteria perfectly. "Behold!" he declared. "Your dream home, coming soon to the market! It will take a bit of elbow grease and some imagination to make it truly shine.
