It includes two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed for ultimate comfort, a 65” flat-screen TV, a dedicated workspace for remote work, a skylight, a Juliet balcony, in-unit laundry for hassle-free living, and 24/7 video security guard monitoring for peace of mind.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay and is fully furnished, featuring a kitchen equipped with pots, pans, glassware, and utensils. A Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee.

Guests will receive a welcome booklet two weeks prior to arrival, including property information. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent 3 days prior to arrival. A 'Meet & Greet' can be set up with the team based on request and availability. There is a $100 lockout fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to reservation confirmation. Renovations are ongoing in the building to enhance the historic Boston elegance, which may cause some noise. Smoking and parties are prohibited, and there is a penalty for violations.
The apartment includes a dedicated workspace for remote work with fast, reliable commercial Wi-Fi.
