The property has been in the family since it was brand new in 1965. Since then we have been completing a total restoration as a tribute to my parents. New roof, new painting, inside and out, new carpeting and tile, new double-pane windows and sliding glass doors, new vanities and toilets, new granite countertops in the kitchen and master vanity, all new appliances (no refrigerator). new belt-driven garage door opener. Every switch, electrical outlet, every water valve, escutcheon, gas valve, fan and electrical lights have all been replaced. New irrigation controller and irrigation lines, new grass and landscaping. New plastic out-building and all new concrete sidewalks and patio in the backyard. New rain gutters. I tried to restore everything on the property in honor of my parents for giving me the most memorable time growing up here.
