The photos were taken after heavy rain. The washer, dryer, heater and hot water tank are up on blocks to keep from water damage. Some days there is no seepage but heavy rain you will have some. You might consider moving washer and dryer connections to small room off kitchen but you would have to check with a contractor to see if that is possible.
