In my opinion, this is the most undervalued Lake Front Condominiums in the entire state. The views are ridiculous. Especially from a Third floor private balcony. Have you ever watched the sun set on Lake Marion while sitting down for dinner? This is a place you will want the TV off. Watch the water and sky for endless entertainment in the evening. Or take a walk down to the dock and see it up close. There is a club house to hang out at, a pool to get wet in, and even a 2 bedroom guest apartment your family can come stay in. Unlike most, this Condo has been Renovated and Updated. Can you believe the HOA even covers WIFI and Cable TV? You have to bring your own Big Screen though. Boat slips are available for lease. I recommend a Pontoon Boat. They are life changers and friend makers :)
