Casa Tuluma features three spacious bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and two full beds, plus a queen air mattress. Enjoy the private heated pool for year-round relaxation, two full bathrooms including a master ensuite, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The open living area offers comfy seating and Tulum-inspired décor, while the open-concept dining space is perfect for gatherings. The large fenced backyard includes a fire pit, lounge seating, and plenty of space to unwind, complemented by an outdoor dining and seating area with a flat-screen smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and there are four smart TVs for entertainment in every room. The master bedroom boasts a spacious walk-in closet, and a Keurig coffee bar is available for your morning brew.
Pool heating is available for $35 per day, and it must be requested at least one week in advance. Parking is free for up to three vehicles, with space available in the driveway and an additional spot in front of the wooden fenced area. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for the grill, although a tank is available for refills.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. For your security, there is a Ring camera at the front door. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. Casa Tuluma is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs, but mosquitoes and small bugs may appear after rain. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are expected to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure, and any damages should be reported immediately. Monetary fines may be pursued if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
Casa Tuluma offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, making it remote work-friendly. However, a laptop computer is not included.
