Very nice house that needs some TLC. Great floor plan and many nice features in the design of this house but updates are needed. Everything is functional and in good working condition. We are checking out the condition of the Septic system, we have no history on it. Beautiful parcel of land (5.56 Acres) great for farm animals if desired and plenty of room to roam. Basement has walk-out egress. Master bedroom has an extra room attached which can be used as a nersery or office, very nice extra space. The 4th bedroom upstairs also has a separate area with multiple uses and needs the closet to be re-installed or use it as a home office with a great view of the front yard! Really nice pole barn (30x40) behind the house with cement floor, full electric and large electric door.
