If you use the grill, please clean it thoroughly for the next guest. All TVs are smart TVs with apps for local channels, movies, and streaming services. You are welcome to log into your own accounts. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the kitchen. Please do not set the fan to “On,” as it will run continuously without improving cooling. Do not set the A/C below 69°F to avoid freezing the system. When checking out or leaving for an extended time, please set A/C to 77°F to conserve energy. If hot water runs out, please allow time for the water heater to recover. There's no need to make the beds. Please wash any used dishes and dispose of trash properly. Handle all appliances with care. Bins are located on the side of the house, with the black bin for trash and the green bin for recycling. If possible, please roll bins to the curb the night before pickup. Do not place bags outside of the bins to prevent animal disturbances. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors at all times.
