Located right next to the heart of Pacific Beach, San Diego's best beach town, this home offers convenience and accessibility to all the attractions the area has to offer. Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers, surfers, locals, and vacationers alike. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with clothing boutiques, yoga studios, and casual drinking spots that draw a fun bar-hopping crowd. Just next door, Mission Beach has one of the last remaining wooden rollercoasters at Belmont Park. Slightly more inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay. You're also super close to Seaworld and just about a 10-minute drive to the zoo. Downtown, the convention center, and Petco Park are about 15 minutes away. Pacific Beach is very walkable, but a car is recommended if you want to explore other parts of San Diego.
For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door and an outdoor camera by the parking area and outdoor area. No music outdoors and loud conversations need to be kept indoors. If neighbors call with a noise complaint, you get one chance to resolve it within 30 minutes. A second call means your reservation will be cancelled without a refund and your group will be required to leave. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. This policy must be signed in order to receive check-in information, and it can all be done online.
