The house is shared among (3) other fun and easy-going young professionals. We have two (2) recent openings in our household. Both rooms are approximately 160 sqft total with large windows allowing for bright and comfortable spaces. There will be one (1) shared bathroom with another person, located just down the hallway, where there is an additional shared linen closet for toiletries and other storage needs.

The house has central heat, new windows, great natural light, and individual air conditioning window units for the summer. There is plentiful additional storage space available inside the (2) car garage. The dining/living room and kitchen are shared among everyone.

Additionally, there are (2) living rooms, (1) upstairs and (1) downstairs, so there is plenty of room to hang out together or spend time alone. There is also (1) room currently being used as a guest bedroom that is open for anyone to use.

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with a covered back porch, firepit, and large fenced backyard. It’s just 5 minutes away from Lakewood’s Belmar area, which has a lot of shopping and restaurant options such as Target, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, and Best Buy (to name a few).

The house is ideally located between Denver and the foothills, placing you 20 minutes away from either.
