I would put a bouncy for the kids and I would invite the Realtor, for the house warming party of course. I will bring a macaroni salad. The carpet is new, the kitchen was remodeled not too long ago and there is new paint. Please act quick because with the recent upgrades, the seller is falling in love with her home all over again, just kidding, the seller is moving out of state to be closer to her grandchildren, she is a beautiful person. The seller told me there is a wonderful thick skinned Naval Orange Tree and a Lemon Tree in the back yard that produce beautiful scrumptious fruit.
