Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. The heated pool fee is $100 per night, and the pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. We recommend heating the pool between October to May. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars, and street parking is allowed.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and this is grounds for termination. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests have access to the entire house via keypad entry, except for the locked owner’s closet. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
