Often when people visit the area, they remark they “did not know this was here.” It really is a great area with super weather and great proximity to everything you need. Hiking, walking, bicycling, schools, groceries, transportation, and more are all nearby. When you pull up to 1346 Sugarbush Drive you will notice the elevated 1.4-acre view parcel and great curb appeal. The custom wood flooring in the guest house was “decommissioned” and repurposed from the General Dynamics plant in San Diego by the previous owners. My favorite feature of 1346 Sugarbush Drive is the property around the home including the nice breeze from the coast and stunning views from so many spots. The home is incredibly special and incredibly unique, only outdone by the peaceful feeling and stunning views experienced as you explore the property. There is ~2,400 square feet of custom, strategically placed tarping around the home that was crafted by an America’s Cup sail maker that provides shading to the multiple patios and vistas. All the stones on the block wall that adorn the driveway were collected from around the property which makes a friendly conversation piece, there are numerous fruit trees including grapefruit, lemon, apple, pomegranate, oranges, and more. 1346 Sugarbush Drive truly is a special place, there is nothing else like it, it has a very desirable location and list of features, and we expect it to sell quickly.
