Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests must empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No parties, loud music, or smoking are allowed, and furniture and decor may vary from online photos. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. An AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend.
