Both front and back entrances have a code and fingerprint-activated locks. You can open the door to your friends using the app or send them a one-time code to enter. The backyard is fenced and gated.

Cooling and heating - Whether you like to sleep with a ceiling fan on, a/c or heating, you can control the temperature in your room from your phone and by voice activation. You can set temperature routines, e.g., if the temperature drops under 42 degrees, turn on the heater at 4:30am for one hour. The Midea a/c units are extremely quiet with 35% energy savings compared to other a/c units. There are infrared heaters in each room (including kitchen and bathroom) that are also wifi-enabled. Infrared heating is safer, faster to heat, energy efficient and better for our health. It does not reduce oxygen content or humidity and supports healthy blood circulation.
