Guest access
Easy access to the community pool located just down the street from our unit as well as a satellite fitness center. Short drive to I-75, UTC Mall, Downtown Sarasota and Gulf Beaches. You can also rent a golf cart for the time you are there which makes getting around the community and the Lakewood Ranch area very easy. There are some local companies that offer this. Golf cart can be parked inside the one car garage.

Within 24 hours of booking, a rental agreement will be sent to you. A welcome guide with a House Manual covering detailed information including address and access directions will be emailed a week prior to your travel date.
