The shower has a rainwater showerhead, hardware by Zucchetti, and Basalt stone tiles underfoot.

The bold geometry of the facade's grid is tempered by elegant lines and proportions. Slender light grey brick piers and spandrels delicately frame the building's array of oversized operable awning 12' by 10' warehouse-style windows. At the base, One Thirty Eight North Tenth respectfully meets the street with a base of stone that engages the eye.
