S&J Estates does not own the homes on the property. This application is only to vet anyone wanting to apply to lease a lot that has become open in the park. You must own your manufactured home. All occupants must be approved before entering the lot, buying a home from someone selling a home already placed on the lot or moving their home onto the property. Also anyone over 18 must be on the lot lease agreement. Lot lease includes lawn care and garbage pickup. All cars must park in the provided parking spaces due to septic lines & tanks. One dog is allowed under lease agreement breed & weight limit.
