I've had meticulously maintained listings before, but this tops the list. A one level home with 3 large bedrooms that looked like this when I first walked in. A vintage remodel carefully maintained, this home sits on a large relatively flat lot with a huge flat rear garden, has a lovely patio off the family room, and even has a coastline view from the kitchen and living room. Besides all the magnificently installed PV Stone in the newer driveway and patio, there are big PV Stone fireplaces in both living and family rooms and many custom built-ins. The 3-car garage with turnaround is a rarity in this neck of the woods, but the large flat lot permits it. I just don't see where any new owner would have a lift a finger . . . OK, you might want to clutter it up a bit . . . this home is a treasure that any new owner would be fortunate to get.
