This listing is truly "a diamond in the rough". At first glance it would appear to be a tear down but a closer look reveals that three structures, including the "A Frame" home are structurally sound and in good condition other than aesthetics. The A frame has a brand new metal roof, and since it is an "A Frame" the roof is also the siding except for the two ends. All of the windows and the front door were replaced with dual pane upgrades about two years ago. There are two sheds on the property that are in good condition and electrified. A fourth structure originally had a deck that connected to the home and it is in very poor condition and needs to be either torn down or completely rebuilt... the original design was poor. The drain field for the septic system was replaced in 2017.
