Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. For charcoal grills, bring your own charcoal. Violation of house rules or those of the OTA community may result in immediate eviction without refund for unused nights.
