There's ample room for cooking on the granite countertops and plenty of cupboard space. The suite also features a separate dining area perfect for family dinners, air conditioning, in-suite laundry machines, and large screened-in patios.
Free onsite parking is available, with a lot underneath the building and open spaces surrounding the main building for taller vehicles. A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for $40 and a highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee.
Palisades Condominium is conveniently located right off the 192, providing easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. The unit faces the street, which may result in potential noise due to its location. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Late check-outs will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.
