Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late check-out fee. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery. The guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee, and shipping is only available domestically. [SI]
