This villa features 9 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private pool with an option to add heat, a movie theater, and a game room. The villa also offers spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor pool loungers, and free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Relax in the family room equipped with a flat-screen TV and cozy couches or soak in the Florida sun on the pool deck.
Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150.

Feel safe and right at home within this gated community secured by a 24-hour security guard. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
