Inside the house my favorite area is the kitchen. As a former baker I have spent countless hours preparing pastries and cakes and everything in between. The three ovens are amazing to have during the holidays and large family dinners. Some of the updates in the kitchen include double convection ovens, remodeled island with a large butcher block top, new tile backsplash, newer vent hood, new range, and a custom copper pot rack capable of easily holding 50lbs or more of your stainless steel and cast iron cookware. Over the deck there is an awning that makes it nice to use the barbeque during rainy weather or to enjoy being outside in the sun without getting scorched. The basement family room is very large and can accommodate a sectional sofa, entertainment center, work out equipment, and all the toys your kids ever had! The 4th bedroom and 3rd bath are perfect for a growing teenager. The entire basement has been recently painted top to bottom and had new carpet installed. Another favorite feature of this home is the unfinished 400+ sf of the basement that serves as storage. It can also be finished if you needed a very large 5th bedroom!
Other updates in this home include all new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room and all main-level bedrooms, new paint in master bed as well as in both upper bathrooms, custom jungle-theme paint in one of the smaller bedrooms, new light fixtures, and all lights have been replaced with energy saving LED bulbs. 4 stall garage.
