It is easiest to imagine the unit as a 1 bedroom with a wall separating the living room. The building is relatively quiet and the pool is open from sunrise to sunset. There is laminate floors installed and we just painted the walls white. The apartment is nice, clean but isn't perfect so it is rented as­is. There is some furniture I included as you can see in the pictures. The apartment is worth taking a look at and ideal for roommates I feel ­ however only 1 bathroom. But There is a front door and a back door so each roommate would have their own door
