Wow Wow Wow!!! Come check out this great La Mirada home. I love the location. It's centrally located close to shopping, schools, Biola University, and a lot more. I can picture myself coming home after a great day at work to relax in my step-down living room. As I gaze out of the large dual pane window while enjoying my nicely air conditioned home, I smile as I remember that some of that electric bill is being off set by the sun powered solar panels. So let me tell you about this fine home. The weekend is coming and I can't wait. I can see it now: The family room and covered patio will be filled with laughter of friends and family as we celebrate. For those that want it cooler there's the A/C, but for those that like the outdoors they can hang out under the huge covered patio, sharing stories and good times. Here are some more details that you might want to know: The windows were upgraded to vinyl windows throughout, including the family room sliding glass door. I love the fact that the solar is owned outright so there is no solar bill or lease to deal with. The great thing about solar is it will help offset the electric bill especially during these hot summer months. And there is more good news... The seller tells me that the A/C and duct work was replaced in August of 2017. One of the bathrooms was remodeled and it looks great. The Laundry is in the attached garage.
