Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment and anywhere on the building premises. Violations will incur a charge of $250 to $400 depending on the cleaning company's assessment. Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 7 AM. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 10 guests, and exceeding this limit will result in a fee of $100 per extra guest. Families with children are welcome, but please supervise them at all times, especially near windows and balconies. Use the kitchen for light cooking and clean up after use. Follow recycling guidelines and dispose of trash in designated bins. Turn off heating, cooling, and lights when not in use. Ensure the main door is fully closed and locked when leaving the apartment and during nighttime. Use the double lock when inside. If parking arrangements are available, use only the designated parking space and notify us if you require parking arrangements. Do not block access routes or other vehicles. Notify us if you are using the guest parking in front of the property, as unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
