Lancaster Heights Apartments is a lovely community nestled on 16 acres of lush tree covered land conveniently located on the corner of college and Towanda Avenue in Bloomington/Normal Illinois. Each building has an easily accessible laundry facility. We have unique one bedroom and two bedroom garden style apartments in addition to spacious three bedroom town homes for you to choose from that are absolutely gorgeous. There are three playgrounds and a swimming pool. With our highly trained maintenance technicians taking care of all of your maintenance needs, all you have to worry about when you get home is relaxing.
